Located in Tumwater, WA, just 10 minutes from the Olympia Farmers Market where we original started our business selling 12 flavors of homemade hummus and pita chips, now have expanded into a full fledged restaurant serving incredible Mediterranean cuisine.

We pride ourselves in making delicious sandwiches and plates that incorporate Mediterranean flavors rich in taste. Local ingredients sourced from local farmers through Thurston County. From Chicken shawarma to Hummus bowls, we have a dish for every taste bud.
